Performance

The SP300-0.5 pressure sensor is a calibrated and compensated piezoresistive sensor with an embedded microcontroller. In addition to pressure, it provides sensor temperature and supply voltage measurements. The sensor can be uniquely identified through an electronic sensor ID. A set of predefined ROM library routines ease firmware development and provide sensor self-diagnostics.
