The SP300-series is fully calibrated and compensated digital
absolute pressure sensors with programmable, embedded RISC
microcontrollers. Flexible and customer specified communication is
available via five general purpose I/O pins and a two channel LF
receiver. Sophisticated features like electronic ID, temperature
measurement, supply voltage measurement, diagnostics and optional
on-chip accelerometer are available. A set of ROM library functions
simplifies code development. The SP300-series comes in a robust
miniaturized surface mountable SOIC-package efficiently handled by
automatic production lines. The two channel LF interface supports
wireless command and data reception.
Evaluation
The SP300 Evaluation and Development Kit is a complete starter kit
for the SP300 pressure sensors. The kit gives system designers and
developers a quick introduction to the sensors and supplies the
programmer with vital information for application program
development. Included in the package is all hardware and software
tools needed for debugging and emulating SP300 application
code.
